  • For custom requests (e.g., OEM/ODM), note details in the "Order Comments" section.

2. Confirm Details via Email/WhatsApp

  • Our team contacts you within 24 hours to:
    • Finalize customization (logo, packaging, etc.).
    • Calculate shipping costs based on your location and order volume.

3. Receive Proforma Invoice (PI)

  • We email a formal PI with agreed pricing, shipping fees, and payment instructions.
  • Review and approve the PI to proceed.

4. Make Payment Offline

  • Settle the total amount via secure offline methods:
    • TT/Bank Transfer (account details in PI).
    • WeChat Pay/Alipay (for smaller orders).

5. Order Processing & Shipping

  • After payment confirmation:
    • Production begins (if customized) or items are prepared from stock.
    • We share tracking details and estimated delivery date.

6. Receive Goods & Support

  • Inspect your shipment and contact us via email/WhatsApp for any issues.
