Manufacturing Defects
Eyeglass frames are highly customized products. Our team works diligently to maintain quality control at every stage—from material selection and component inspection to the final assembly of each frame.
We understand that defects may occasionally occur during mass production. When they do, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow the steps below:
- Contact Our Sales Team: Email us with your order details and a clear description of the issue, including photos or videos if possible.
- Defect Verification: Our team will review the information and may request the return of the product for further analysis. This helps us identify the cause and prevent future issues.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will proceed with a refund or replacement as appropriate.
Damaged Frames
If your frames arrive damaged due to shipping or handling, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging, and we will assist you in filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
Faulty Shipment
In the event of missing, incorrect, or incomplete shipments, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and resolve the issue by sending the correct items or offering a refund.

- Non-Defective Returns: Please kindly undertand we do not provide refunds for reasons not relate to manufacturing defects. For example, change of mind, displayed in your shop, returned by your customers and etc.
