Shim Sight SplitMOQ Operation Policy
- Sample Orders: 3–10 pcs per style, retail or limited discount, for testing only. Buyer covers transfer fees and courier shipping.
- SplitMOQ Orders: Consolidated global orders, minimum 300 pcs per style. Flexible quantities accepted, production starts once threshold is met.
- Bulk Orders: Direct 300+ pcs per style by a single client. Priority production and larger discount benefits.
- Website prices are retail reference prices.
- Discounts depend on customer program level.
- Sample Orders: retail price or up to 10% discount.
- SplitMOQ Orders: 20–30% off retail (depending on program level).
- Bulk Orders: 30–40% off retail (depending on program level).
- Sale items are excluded from discounts.
If a style does not reach the production threshold:
- Payments are not refunded due to transfer fees and FX restrictions.
- Payment can be credited toward other available styles or future SplitMOQ batches.
- Customers will be notified and given reallocation options.
- Payment via T/T transfer. Bank charges (USD 30–40) borne by buyer.
- Small orders shipped via courier (DHL/UPS/FedEx); bulk shipments via freight.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
